The combination of velvet with gold gives the lampshade, or also know as &#8216;pince flamme&#8217;, a luxurious feeling. Velvet Chandelier lampshades will give your table lamp or chandelier a very nice and classy finish. The velvet we use is made from synthetic fibers which it makes easy to maintain. But also gives the same distinctive soft feel as from natural fibers. The gold laminate that we use is also fire retardant, which makes it suitable to use in hotels and public rooms. Our pince flamme&#8217;s or chandelier lampshades are equipped with a clamp which clip on the lamp. The dimensions of these chandelier lampshades are: Bottom: 10cm (3.9&#8243;) Top: 8cm (3.1&#8243;) Height: 10cm (3.9&#8243;)<\/p>\n<p>To emphasize that these lampshades are made by hand, we make them without a border ribbon. So we use the velvet fabric to \u2018finish\u2019 the lampshade.<\/p>\n<p>Velvet also known as velour is a type of woven tufted fabric in which the cut threads are evenly distributed, with a short dense pile, giving it a distinctive soft feel. By extension, the word velvety means \u201csmooth like velvet.\u201d This velvet is made from synthetic fibers.
